George Fine Letters

The letters are written, one to his mother Anne E. Fine and one to his father David W. Fine in Cincinnati, Arkansas, from soldier George Fine stationed at Fort McCulloch and the letters speak of the maintenance and work at the Forts in the area as well as the movements of the soldiers.  Politics of leadership are discussed.  General Albert Pike is mentioned, as well as Major Questinbury, Major General Thomas Hindman & Major General John B. McGruder.  George Fine was an officer, but his rank is not certain.
